Ingredients
- 600 g salmon fillet
- 100 g flour
- 1 yellow onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 100 g butter
- 250 g mushrooms
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml cooking cream
- parsley
- 100 ml white wine
- salt, pepper and dill
- 1 lemon/lime
- olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the fish, add salt and pepper to both sides. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan, add the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent. Then add the mushrooms and the wine and sauté everything over a low heat, stirring continuously. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the flour, taking care not to make clogs, then the milk and the spices. Bring the milk to the boil and when it thickens add the cream.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add the salmon slices. Fry on both sides. Serve with lemon or lime.
