Ingredients (makes 4 hamburgers)
- 450 g ground meat
- 110 g champignon mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 80 g cucumber
- 60 ml yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 onion rings
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium or high.
Clean the mushrooms and chop them finely (you can also chop them in a food processor for 1 minute).
Combine the meat and the mushrooms with the oil, salt and pepper until the mixture is smooth, then form 4 burger patties.
Chop the cucumber finely and mix it with the yogurt, add the lemon juice, the ground garlic and salt to taste.
Fry the patties for about 4 minutes on each side (or more, according to preferences).
Toast the buns lightly on the grill, then add 2 lettuce leaves, a patty, a slice of tomato, an onion ring and a large tablespoon of the yogurt dressing, then the burger is ready to be served.
