We have a tasty and creamy new mushroom soup recipe for you.
Ingredients
- 500 g champignon mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 1 parsley or celery root
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 l water
- 200 ml cooking cream
- thyme
- tarragon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- oil
- little sugar
Instructions
Clean and chop the vegetables.
Sweat the onions in the heated oil, then add the vegetables, mushrooms and finely chopped tarragon. Add salt and pepper to taste, then add the thyme.
When the vegetables are slightly steamed, pour in the water, add sugar, lemon juice and cooking cream and stir continuously. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
When the soup is ready, turn off the heat, sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve.
