A tasty dish reminding us of oysters, for those who love pleurotus mushrooms, with added flavor thanks to goat cheese.
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 600 g pleurotus mushrooms
- 100 g goat cheese
- 150 ml cooking cream
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon basil (dried)
- 1 teaspoon thyme (dried)
- half teaspoon chili (dried)
- half teaspoon oregano
- half teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- half teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Chop the onion and sweat it in a pan on the heated olive oil.
Clean the mushrooms and tear them into strips, then add them to the onions, along with the thyme, basil, chili, Cayenne pepper, and pepper.
When the mushrooms are softened, pour the wine onto them and add the garlic. Let simmer until the wine evaporates.
