Grilled stuffed mushrooms with bacon
Ingredients
- champignon mushrooms
- cream cheese
- sliced bacon
Instructions
Remove the mushroom stems and clean the caps. Fill the caps with cream cheese, wrap each mushroom in a slice of bacon and put them on skewers. Grill them until ready.
Grilled mushrooms with dill and garlic
Ingredients
- champignon mushrooms
- melted butter
- half a teaspoon chopped dill
- half a teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and put them on skewers, brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with dill and garlic salt. Grill them on all sides until ready.
Grilled mushrooms with garlic and balsamic vinegar
Ingredients
- champignon mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- half a teaspoon chopped thyme
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut into thick slices.
For the marinade, mix the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic and thyme.
Put the mushroom slices in the marinade for about half an hour, then put them on skewers and grill until ready, turning them every 2-3 minutes.
