This savoury salad is made with crunchy mushrooms, lemon juice, parmesan and fresh parsley. You can make it in just a few minutes and it is a bomb of flavour to complete your favourite dishes.
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 450 g champignon mushrooms
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1 clove minced garlic
- chopped parsley
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms with a brush or a damp paper towel. Don’t wash them under running water, so they don’t absorb it. Slice the clean mushrooms.
Place the mushroom slices in a larger bowl, add the lemon juice and olive oil, sprinkle with the parmesan, parsley and garlic, then mix it all together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve as a side dish with lunch or dinner.
