Ingredients:
- 45 dkg fine flour
- 5 dkg corn flour
- 2 tablespoons of food starch
- 20 dkg powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 sacket of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
- 23 dkg of butter
- 2 eggs
Mix the room-temperature butter with powdered sugar, eggs, add vanilla aroma. Knead together with the remaining ingredients, flatten with a rolling pin, and cut mushrooms with a floured biscuit cutter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for a few minutes on a baking paper.
