We’ve brought you another easy and delicious mushroom stew recipe that the whole family will definitely love.
Ingredients
- 300 g champignon mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
- cooking cream
For the spätzle:
- 1 egg
- 8 tbsp flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200-300 ml water
Instructions
Finely chop the onion, garlic, pepper and tomato and fry them in a little olive oil, then add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms. Season to taste with salt and pepper and continue frying.
Remove from the heat and add the paprika, stir and add enough water to cover everything.
Cook over a low heat for 15 minutes.
While the mushroom stew is cooking, prepare the spätzle: in a bowl, add the flour, a pinch of salt, the egg and add water gradually to make a light, soft mixture.
When the mixture is ready, cook the spätzle in boiling salted water until they rise to the top, then drain, rinse with cold water and mix them with a teaspoon of olive oil.
When the mushroom stew is cooked, serve with the spätzle.
