Prepare a truly mouth-watering sandwich that harmoniously combines the special flavour of oyster mushrooms with the delicious avocado cream.
Ingredients
- 300 g oyster mushrooms
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 100 g butter
- salt, pepper
- a little water
- 1 lime
Instructions
Clean and cut the mushrooms and finely dice the garlic.
Put melted butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms and add salt and pepper to taste. Add a little water so that the mushrooms can soften.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh. In a bowl, puree the avocado, add lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well until you get a nice creamy texture.
Put avocado cream on the toast, add some fried mushrooms, season to taste and serve.
