If you are looking for a quick, tasty and creamy pasta dish, this recipe is perfect for you! Fresh mushrooms and green peas make a harmonious pair, made even more irresistible by dill and parmesan. Easy to prepare, it’s ideal for a weekday lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of champignon mushrooms
- 200 g of green peas
- 200 g of fusilli pasta
- 1,5 dl of cooking cream
- 1 bunch of dill
- Garlic to taste
- 0,5 cup of parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper to taste
Instructions:
Wash and slice the mushrooms, then sauté in a pan with a little oil.
Add the green peas, season with salt and pepper and simmer under a lid for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Squeeze in the garlic, pour over the cooking cream and add the chopped fresh dill.
In the meantime, cook the fusilli pasta in salted boiling water and drain.
Toss the cooked pasta with the mushroom and green pea sauce.
To serve, sprinkle with grated Parmesan or any cheese.
