Whether it’s an evening spent with friends or an irregular family dinner, a tasty homemade mushroom pizza is always an excellent choice!
Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 150 ml water
- little sugar
- 30 g fresh yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 800 g tomato sauce
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- dried basil to taste
- 300 g champignon mushrooms
- 250 g mozzarella
Instructions
Dough:
Mix the yeast with a little sugar and lukewarm water to activate. In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and olive oil, then add the yeast. We mix all the ingredients and knead the dough for a few minutes, then let rest and rise for about 30-40 minutes.
Sauce:
Put the tomato sauce in a bowl and season to taste.
Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a flour-dusted surface according to the shape of your tray. Line the tray with parchment paper or grease it with oil and put the pizza crust in. Spread tomato sauce on top, then sprinkle with sliced mushrooms and grated mozzarella.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200-220°C for about 15-20 minutes.
Serve cut in slices.
