Here's a simple but delicious recipe:
Ingredients
- 500 g brown champignon mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 60 g walnuts
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Soak the nuts in hot water for about an hour or two.
Clean and chop the mushrooms, onions and garlic.
In a pan, sweat the onion in a little oil, then add the garlic and mushrooms. Stir occasionally and leave until the juice from the mushrooms evaporates. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the mushroom mixture in a food processor along with the walnuts, parsley and other spices and pulse until the desired consistency is achieved.
